ORDER PROCESS:
Once the order is received, we will assemble the artwork as specified.
If you have requested a Design Proof, it will be emailed to you for confirmation prior to printing.
After your approval, the print will be produced and prepared for you.

QUALITY:
Our jersey prints are made from the finest heat press substop material to ensure durability,
longevity, and color strength wash after wash.

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat the Heat Press/Iron:
If using a heat press, set the temperature according to the manufacturer’s instructions for the
specific HTV you are using (typically around 305°F / 150°C).
If using an iron, set it to the cotton setting without steam.

Prepare the T-Shirt:
Lay the T-shirt flat on a clean, hard surface. Smooth out any wrinkles.
Optional: Press the T-shirt with the heat press or iron for about 5 seconds to eliminate moisture
and wrinkles.
This step helps the vinyl adhere better.

Apply the Design:
Peel off backing (bottom layer) from print and align onto jersey.

Press the Design:
Heat Press: Close the press and apply the recommended pressure for the designated time
(usually 10-15 seconds).
Iron: Press down firmly and move the iron in a circular motion, ensuring even pressure on the
design for the same duration.

Peel-off:
Once the stamp is pressed, peel-off the heat transfer tape while hot.
Optional: For added durability, you may choose to cover the design with a Teflon sheet and
press again for a few seconds.

Care Instructions:
Wait at least 24 hours before washing the T-shirt for the first time.
Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water and avoid bleach.
Do not dry clean. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
